The Institute of Sustainable Urbanism is offering a design seminar and an associated excursion (ME + EX) on the Gowanus Canal.

As part of this course, an excursion is planned to Brooklyn, NY, during TU Braunschweig’s Excursion Week (June 8-14, 2014). Funding is available to offset the cost of the trip. The excursion is only open to students also taking part in the design seminar.

Interested students should send a Letter of Motivation (max 1-page, PDF) and a small Portfolio (max 5 MB, PDF or website) via email, by Tuesday, 12:00 noon, April 15, 2014. This course is open to students pursuing their masters degree in the Department of Architecture, as well as to Master of Sustainable Design students.
